#004. Lisa Faia + Michael Stein

This past weekend was a crazy wedding weekend! I made a trip down to Virginia for a wedding. (By the way, the countryside of Virginia is really where my heart lies) The entire weekend was even more lovely than I had thought it would be. My body feels fatigued and I am seriously sleep deprived but it was well worth the trip!

Lisa got married this weekend at the Breaux Vineyard to her boyfriend of 7 years Michael (Stein). The view of the mountain in the background was absolutely stunning.

The pictures I have are not of the best quality since I took it with my camera phone. I just wanted to share how beautiful her wedding was. :)

My first time witnessing a Catholic and Jewish fusion wedding ceremony.

Perfect table settings.

Father daughter dance. I never understood why people would cry during weddings. I guess when you actually know who the bride is, you realize how precious this moment really is.

I can't dance for my life but Lisa and Michael knew how! I was so impressed!

Really, one of the most beautiful weddings that I have been to!

#003. Finally Tying the Knot!

One of the next upcoming Paebaek events that we are catering is for Angela Sin & Lawrence Lee!

I've attended church with them for years and have worked under Angela a few years ago as a 2nd grade teacher. I am truly happy for them both and cannot wait to help them add a touch of Korean culture to their wedding. The date is July 11, 2009 at Holy Angels Catholic Church.

#002. Angie & Daniel Keh

Angie and Daniel were such a pleasure to work with. They are the most organized and the nicest couple that I have ever met by far! Just my style. :) At their wedding, I could see how compatible they were.. Angie and Daniel have the epitome of a good relationship! Definitely the kind of relationship I wish to have with my future husband (whenever this may be).

Below are some pictures of their Paebaek experience with us on April 25th at the Philadelphia Cricket Club. The décor was amazing and the atmosphere of the club was absolutely wonderful.

COngratulations to the both of you!

#001. First Entry!

Last year I graduated with a BS in biology. My original plan was to attend grad school to become a physician assistant. Mind you, I still want to do this, but for now I am taking a break. Rather than taking a break, however, I've actually been working my little tush off.

So, this is what I do as my job. I run a furniture store in the suburbs of Philadelphia. The front view of MINT Bedding & Furniture.

This is my work station where I sit all day long in front of my computer, pick up phone calls, and consult with my clients. If anybody is interested in seeing more pictures, just let me know. :)

My store is also attached to my mother's store, so I also work for her. I plan and emcee Paebaek events for weddings. These days I am considering doing some wedding planning so I've been busy trying to get all of the vendors and paperwork organized. It definitely is a lot of hard work.

For my Korean readers, we were featured in the Korean Daily Times, a local Korean newspaper company, about our Paebaek services! Here is a link to the article.

Again, we are located in the Philadelphia (PA) area however our clientele is from all over the US!

These are some of our client hanboks. I may be a little biased since my mother makes them but I think they are gorgeous. :)

In a nutshell, I am in the retail business aspiring to be a student again. It seems like I will never go back to school from the looks of things!
